Please note that processing and delivery times may be extended during holidays, sales, or special promotions.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: $25 USD. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
• Express Shipping: $35 USD. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS from our local fulfillment center in Georgia.

Shipping to Europe (EU)

• Standard Shipping: €30 EUR. Estimated delivery: 12–14 business days.
• Express Shipping: €60 EUR. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.

EU orders are shipped from our Ukrainian Atelier.

Other International Orders

• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout
• Estimated delivery: Varies by destination and shipping method

International orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Georgia via DHL or other international couriers.

Please note that we have suspended delivery to Russia and Belarus.

Order Processing

• In-stock items placed before 10:00 AM EST on a business day ship the same day (excluding holidays, sales periods, or special promotions).
  
• Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST ship the next business day.
• During holidays, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer due to increased order volume.
• Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Separate tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are shipped from the date stated on the product page.

• Please allow 1-2 business days from the indicated date for dispatch.
• If express shipping is selected for a pre-order item, express delivery timelines apply from the dispatch date, not from the order date.

Taxes & Duties

• EU orders: VAT and customs duties are not included in the order total and may be applied upon delivery in accordance with local regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Orders shipped from our Ukrainian Atelier (this currently includes all EU orders and select U.S. and international orders, as indicated at checkout):
  Your order may be subject to local import taxes or customs duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and, if applicable, are payable by the recipient.
• All other international orders: Taxes and duties are calculated based on the shipping destination and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery During Holidays & Sales

During peak seasons, holidays, or sales periods, delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

Order Protection & Claims

If there’s an issue with your order, the resolution process depends on your delivery destination:

• U.S. & EU orders: please contact our Customer Care team at care@the-sleeper.com with your order number and photos.
• International orders (excluding U.S. and EU): please submit a claim via our  International Claims Portal.
