Delivery During Sales and Holidays

We truly appreciate your support and patience as we work tirelessly to ensure SLEEPER reaches every corner of the globe as quickly as possible.

Please note that during the holiday season and sales, it may take a bit longer for orders of in-stock items to arrive due to potential weather conditions and carrier delays. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders within the US are shipped locally from our fulfillment center in Georgia via UPS.

International Shipping

Our products are shipped globally with DHL Express Courier (Air) and typically take 4 to 7 days for delivery.

Please note that we have suspended delivery to Russia and Belarus.

Shipping to the EU

Orders within the EU are shipped from our local fulfillment center using DHL and generally take 2 to 3 days to arrive. Visit our SLEEPER EU store to shop conveniently and effortlessly.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping cost

Our local standard shipping costs are as follow:

free on orders over $320 USD
$15 USD on orders under $200 USD
$12 USD on orders over $200 USD and under $320 USD
$25 USD for express shipping

International standard shipping costs are:

free on orders over $320 USD
$35 USD standard express shipping
shipping for orders under $330 USD will be calculated at checkout

Estimated delivery time

Domestic Orders (US): Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 days, depending on the destination. Express orders will be delivered by the end of the next day.
International Orders: Standard international shipping usually takes 4 to 7 days on average, depending on the destination.
EU Orders: Experience local shipments within the EU, delivering in 2 to 3 days. Visit our SLEEPER EU store to shop conveniently and effortlessly.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guideline. While we strive to minimize shipping delays, SLEEPER is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carriers.

Taxes & Duties

Orders within US and EU ship locally and are not a subject for taxes & duties charges.

For all international orders – import duties and taxes are included in the order price at check-out.

Stock Items Shipping

Please keep in mind if you placed your order for an item 'In stock' before 10 AM EST on a business day (except holidays), your order will ship the same day. Orders of stock items placed after 10 AM EST will ship the next business day.

Pre-Order Items – Expected to ship from a certain date

These items are either currently being produced or are in the transit to one of our warehouse with an expected shipping date determined on the product page.

Please note that it may take a 1-2 business days from the expected shipping date for those products to ship.

Holidays and Sales

Orders containing multiple items

If your order includes multiple items with different availability dates and/or locations, your order may be split in 2 parts so that you can receive it sooner.

For every such part, we will send a separate shipping confirmation email.

To make sure the taxes and duties are calculated for the piece(s) shipped in each part, we will declare every part of the order individually.
