Shipping & Delivery

Please note that processing times and delivery may extend during holidays, sales, or special promotions.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping: $20 USD (2–5 business days, depending on destination)
Express Shipping: $30 USD (next business day delivery)

All US orders are shipped from our local fulfillment center in Georgia via UPS.

International Shipping

EU Orders

Standard Shipping: €30 EUR (2–3 business days)
(option: can be adjusted to €25 if needed)
Orders are shipped from our EU fulfillment center with DHL.
Shop locally via our SLEEPER EU Store for the most convenient service.

Other International Orders

Delivery Time: 4–7 business days on average via DHL Express Courier (Air).
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Please note that we have suspended delivery to Russia and Belarus.

Order Processing

In-stock items placed before 10 AM EST on a business day (excluding holidays) ship the same day.
Orders placed after 10 AM EST ship the next business day.

Pre-order items ship starting from the expected date indicated on the product page (please allow 1–2 business days from that date for dispatch).

Orders containing multiple items may be split into separate shipments to ensure faster delivery. You will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.

Taxes & Duties

US & EU orders ship locally and are not subject to additional taxes or duties.
All other international orders — import duties and taxes are included in the order price at checkout.

Delivery During Holidays & Sales

During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer due to high order volume, weather condition.
