Return policy
We want you to absolutely love your SLEEPER purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out—and that’s okay. Our customer care team is committed to helping you with a return or exchange of your order. Please keep in mind the following return fees:
- For domestic returns within the US, if returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout return shipping is free, othewise there’s a standard return fee of $12 USD.
- For returns within the EU, the standard return fee is €12 EUR.
- For other countries, the return fee will vary between $15-20 USD, depending on your location.
How to Exchange or Return Your Item
Step 1: Prepare Your Item.
- Ensure your item is in its original condition—with all tags attached and no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
- Remember, we can’t accept items that have been worn or have missing tags.
- Start your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Complete Your Return by Region
- For Returns Within the US—visit our US Returns Portal.
- For Returns Within the EU—please contact our Customer Care team.
- For International returns—visit our International Returns Portal.
Step 3: Send It Back
- Pack your item in its original SLEEPER packaging.
- Use the return label provided in the portal to send the package back to us.
- Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange and notify you by email.
Damaged / wrong item received
If you happen to receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us a photo of the item, along with your order number, at care@the-sleeper.com. We will take care of everything and make sure you get an exchange item as quickly as possible.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes and VAT
Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges, including shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT.
If you'd like to return an order for which the customs duties and handling fees haven't been cleared, keep in mind that we will have to deduct them from your refund amount.
Accessories, socks & swimsuits
Please note that hairbands, sleeping masks, socks and swimsuits are not returnable or exchangeable.
Sale items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. By choosing final sale items, you're also helping us reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing unnecessary shipping.

Return policy for bundle orders promotion
If you bought a bundle of items with a special discount and decide to return one of them, we'll adjust the refund to reflect the original price of the item you're returning, minus any discount. To get a full refund on a bundle, just return all the items in it.
