Wholesale Development Manager 

We are looking for a Wholesale Development Manager to grow Sleeper's wholesale revenue by bringing in new accounts. This is a sales role focused on new business: identifying the right retailers and partners around the world, building a pipeline, and closing them.

This is a numbers role. Sales is data, and we want someone who treats it that way: tracking the pipeline, measuring conversion, understanding what works and what does not, and using that to decide where to spend time next.

What the role looks like

• Researching and identifying new wholesale opportunities across regions and tiers
• Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline from first contact to closed order
• Owning the outreach process, from initial conversation through to first appointment and first order
• Creating tailored sales proposals for potential clients, shaped to their market, customer, and positioning
• Reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue contribution from new business
• Working closely with operations and planning on forecasting and fulfillment for new accounts
• Collaborating with brand and marketing on how Sleeper is presented to new partners
• Sustaining new accounts after the first order, tracking sell-through and supporting buyers so that one season becomes a long term relationship

Who we are looking for

Analytical, commercially minded, and motivated by hitting targets. Comfortable living inside a CRM and a spreadsheet, and able to turn pipeline data into a clear point of view about where the business should be going next. Experience in fashion or lifestyle wholesale sales is a plus, but what matters most is the ability to open doors, close deals, and track everything that happens in between.

This role reports to our CEO.

Part of our team is in Kyiv, the rest is international and remote. Where you are based depends on the role, and we will talk it through.
