In addition to producing clothing, the Red Seam initiative supplies medical underwear to rehabilitation facilities established after the war. The first organization to benefit from the foundation's support was the Kyiv Military Hospital.

Since 2016, the brand has been supporting World Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Supporting the initiative is extremely important for the Sleeper team, where the majority of employees are women
Until 2019, Sleeper donated funds to support the rehabilitation program for women after chemotherapy from the Women's Health and Family Planning Charity Foundation. Since 2019, the brand has been donating funds for targeted assistance to women with cancer to the Ukrainian charity foundation Kvitna, which is engaged in awareness-raising activities and provides targeted support to women fighting the disease. The brand also creates educational videos that draw attention to such important topics as monthly breast self-examination, myths about breast cancer, and more.
In October 2022, Sleeper raised $26,200 for targeted assistance to women with cancer. Throughout the history of cooperation with the Kvitna Foundation, the brand has made a donation of $52,510.
Over the years, the brand's charitable projects have been supported by celebrities from around the world, including Kristen Bell, Sophia Bush, Kelly Rutherford, Sophie Amoruso, and more.

In April 2020 and 2021, the brand joined the global initiative for Autism Awareness Day and donated funds to support Happy Today, a non-profit public organization that focuses on supporting autism education projects. Throughout its history, the brand has donated more than $58,000 to the project.
Thanks to the funds raised, Happy Today managed to implement many important things, including launching an educational campaign "Different but the same" to tell the most important and unfounded things about autism, expanding the program of adapting spaces to the needs of people with ASD, launching a number of media projects that talk about autism and respect for different people.
Happy Today has also created educational videos for children, including a lesson for schoolchildren on how to understand their classmate's autism, which is available free of charge on the UNICEF educational platform and is already being actively taught in schools across the country.
