HOW TO RETURN
If the product appears to be a wrong size customer has a right to return it or exchange for a similar product. We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. Please, pay attention that return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and paper tags must be in original condition. Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. Note that returned products without tags intact, or received more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted. All orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage/wrong item and your order number. We’ll take care of it.

5 STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
1. Make sure that item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and paper tags are in original condition and 14 days period after delivery hadn’t expired. 2. Contact our Customer Care via firstname.lastname@example.org to get RMA form and returns shipping address. 3. Pack your order in original Sleeper package and sent it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense. 4. Let us know the tracking number. It’s necessary to proceed to return. 5. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
