HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We're sorry if Sleeper didn't make it as a perfect match. We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days after delivery was made. Please make sure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Shipping and handling charges, taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. All orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Please reach out to us at care@the-sleeper.com with your order number, and our team will get back to you in 24 hours or less.
HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE?
Please allow 2 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
