Please note: We accept returns and exchanges on full price items within 14 days after delivery. All sales of sale items and monogrammed items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

5 STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
1. Make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and paper tags are in original condition and 14 days period after delivery has not expired. Note that returned products without tags intact, or received more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be accepted. 2. Contact our Customer Care via care@the-sleeper.com to get RMA form and returns shipping address. 3. Pack your order in original Sleeper package and sent it to us via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense. 4. Let us know the tracking number. It’s necessary to proceed to return. 5. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. Please note, shipping charges and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) for returns/exchanges are not refundable unless there is a defect in the merchandise.
HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at care@the-sleeper.com with a photo of the damage/wrong item and your order number. We’ll take care of it.
