HOW TO RETURN
If the product appears to be a wrong size customer has a right to return it or exchange for a similar product. We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. Please make sure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
All orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. For more information reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will get back to you in 48 hours or less.
HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage/wrong item and your order number. We’ll take care of it.
