To make your shopping experience better and avoid long wait times, we have collaborated with a fulfillment center in California that ships globally via DHL. All US orders are shipped with UPS. Since all items are hand-made at our atelier in Ukraine, some orders, including monogrammed items, will be sent from there via FedEx.
We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready.
We currently have three types of dispatch variations that depend on item availability.

Stock Item

This item has already been crafted and can be shipped to you within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery can take up between 3-5 business days.
Shipped Within 1-2 weeks

This item is currently being made at our atelier, please allow 1-2 weeks to prepare the item ready for shipping.
Shipped Within 3-4 weeks

For items in demand, the process of manufacturing is extended because the atelier may be pending fabrics.

Item will be shipped in 3-4 weeks after placing an order.

The delivery cost is 15 USD.
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. Please, pay attention that return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and paper tags must be in original condition.
