We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Bursa (Turkey).
About you:
Bachelor’s Degree from a university
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
English – upper-intermediate or above
Good knowledge of Google spreadsheets and Excel
Coordination, problem solving, dealing and analytical thinking capabilities
Excellent planning and organizational and time management skills
Proactive, flexible who will demonstrate interpersonal sensitivity
Having driving license (B)
Live in Bursa, Turkey
What will you do:
Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Maintaining appropriate records, files and documentations for administrative manager
Organizing travel arrangements, meeting planning and calendar management for the executive and welcoming guests
Managing required correspondence, email and phone traffic
Proactively identifying and resolving team needs, handling expenses and office needs
Producing reports, presentations and other documentation when needed
Support expat team according to the needs of other units when necessary
