We are searching for a Head of Marketing who will join our team in this role and bring our marketing vision to the next level.

You will be responsible for:

• Marketing function at Sleeper, both strategic and day-to-day
• Setting and achieving marketing and revenue goals
• Introducing consistent Marketing calendar
• Increasing brand awareness through PR and Influencer marketing
• World-class content creation within the budget and all visual touch-points
• Building Sleeper community

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in a premium or luxury segment
• Direct management of marketing teams (Social, Content, PR, Design)
• Excellent knowledge of marketing processes and tools
• Passionate about fashion, luxury and travel
• Extremely result-driven
• Have a strong network in fashion industry
• Proven track of brand awareness growth and achieving goals on a consistent basis
