Sleeper is looking for an International B2B Sales Director to join our team.
Sleeper is a brand of ethically crafted, high-quality, multipurpose garments designed to help you feel beautiful — regardless if you are wearing Sleeper on the streets, or in the comfort of your own home.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales in fashion industry working within international markets (USA, EU, UK, etc)
What will you do
Maximize B2B sales leads through sales cycle in fashion industry
Develop and drive partnership strategy with international partners
Lead the team of sales managers
Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand pipeline of new customers
Manage key partners relationships customers in sales pipeline and work toward pilot integrations
Build and maintain effective negotiation processes
Finetune communication templates for B2B sales teams for different sales channels
Develop new B2B channels (corporate, hospitality, etc)
About you
Proven B2B sales experience, driving the sales process from plan to close 4+years
Experience in leading, hiring and supervising sales teams
Fashion business savvy
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think strategically, learn quickly, and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working in early stage company environments
Strong emotional intelligence and work ethic with ability to work independently and collaboratively with a distributed team
Experience with different B2B channels (ecommerce platforms, corporate, etc) is desirable
