About you:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in using office software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
Writing skills in Ukrainian and English.
Knowledge of the basics of brand management or something similar.
English level – Upper intermediate or above.
What will you do:
Informing the team about important company news and regular maintenance of the news feed (corporate standards, reminders, innovations, etc.).
Assistance and creation of unique content for job descriptions, job postings, etc.
Implementation and regular updates of the company’s brand book in the ELC (offers, presentations templates etc) all materials where there is a connection between the brand and the employee.
Сreative development and support of the company’s EVP products (congratulations on your birthday, anniversary of work in the company, etc.)
Development and organization of the company’s events.
Organizing business trips for the team (booking transportation tickets, hotel reservations, etc.)
Help and backup in office work.
