Head of Wholesale

We are searching for a Head of Marketing who will join our team in this role and bring our marketing vision to the next level.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead the Global Wholesale Team

• Oversee the sales cycle from collection presentation to order delivery

• Nurture the partnerships with well-established network of wholesale clients worldwide, especially US and UK

• Hire, train and motivate the team

• Lead the negotiations of seasonal budgets, terms and product positioning

• Ensure timely payments from Wholesale

• Create the workflows and structure for smooth department work

About you:

• 5+ years in Fashion Wholesale

• Experienced leader (4-10 people) – training and motivating the team

• Know the sales cycle from collection presentation to order delivery and payment

• Understand the trends in Global wholesale market

• Have a proven sales track record

• Negotiated better terms in the past

• Organized the teamwork towards the goal

• Excellent communicator

• Outgoing and easy

• Well-organized

• Self-sufficient and self-motivated

• Result-driven

• Able to prioritize
