We are looking for a Head of Purchasing Department to join our Operations team in Bursa and manage the procurement team and process.

About you
Team management experience. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
Understand the range of materials used in manufacture
Experience in B2B negotiations with different partners
Ability to work in a team and build comfortable interaction
High level of responsibility
Interest in fashion field of and the desire to work in it
English Upper intermediate or above
What will you do
Planning and organization of processes of search, selection and orders of materials
Organization supplying of materials for company departments
Leading a team of supplying and sourcing managers
Discussion of the terms of cooperation with suppliers
Control of the contracts conclusion for the supply of materials
Participation in the strategic planning of the company’s supply of materials
Work on improving the efficiency of purchasing activities
