We are looking for a Head of Finance to join and manage our legal, finance and analytics teams.
About you:
5+ years of progressive experience in Finance roles.
2+ years of experience as a Head of Finance or a similar role, overseeing all aspects of corporate finance and managing teams of at least 5 people.
Working with banks and other financial institutions, preparing financial statements for external stakeholders.
Successful experience in setting up tax-efficient legal structures in the EU.
Managing finance in international companies with entities in EU, US & UA.
Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
English: B2-C1 level
Ukrainian/Russian: upper-intermediate or above.
Experience with restructuring is a plus.
Experience in setting up ERPs is a plus.
What will you do:
Manage legal, finance and analytics teams.
Ensure compliance for legal entities in the US, UA and EU.
Manage working capital – liquidity, collections and short-term debts.
Oversee and improve financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, controlling and tax compliance.
Engage US banks and other financial institutions to receive short-term working capital loans.
Manage the financial and legal aspects of international trading and manufacturing.
Future challenges:
Obtain working capital financing for the US entity – credit line, AR financing and other short-term loans.
Strict cost control across the company.
Working capital management – control inventory purchasing, accumulate cash reserves, speed up AR collection, negotiate credit terms with suppliers.
Optimize legal structure and set up tax planning for entities in the US, EU, UA and Turkiye.
