We are looking for an Executive assistant to join our team in Kyiv.
About you:
3+ years experience as an executive assistant
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills
Basic MS Office/G Suite proficiency
Upper-intermediate English
Excellent prioritization skills
Self-sufficient
Easy-going and positive
What will you do:
Collecting reports from the team, sending task reminders & follow ups
Assist with scheduling
Organize and prioritize communications
Travel arrangements
Personal tasks (tasks related to an apartment in Kyiv, bookings of restaurants and services, resending parcels from Ukraine/shopping assistance etc.)
Payments & online purchases
Research tasks work & personal
